By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Sunshine Haven Therapy for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about your relationship with Sunshine Haven Therapy. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive messages pertaining to your account with us as you request, or up to 4 messages per month. Sunshine Haven Therapy reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Sunshine Haven Therapy and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

As a healthcare provider, your privacy is our priority. SMS messages are strictly to be used for scheduling for cancellation of appointments and is not intended to be used to disclose HIPAA protected information, even though our phone and messaging system is HIPAA compliant. All HIPAA protected information should be disseminated through the client portal, which is HIPAA compliant on both user and provider end.
