Therapy Services

TeleTherapy Services

I am currently accepting  clients (ages 23  and) for TeleTherapy Services that reside in Florida and North Carolina. TeleTherapy can be beneficial to individuals who are looking for an easier way to seek out the support they need from the comfort of their own home.  HIPAA compliant virtual sessions can be conveniently scheduled through my website and a free consultation will be held prior to our first session to ensure we both feel comfortable moving forward. 


* Sunshine Haven Therapy LLC / Ivonne Garcia LCSW does not provide letters for legal purposes or complete FMLA paperwork as this is outside of the scope of practice. Referrals to appropriate provider sources such as Forensic Psychologist or a Physician will be provided. 

Client Experience

When you step into a therapy session with me, I want you to feel like you can truly exhale. My approach is centered on creating a comfortable and laid-back environment, where you don’t have to put on a mask or worry about being “too much” or “not enough.” You’re invited to show up exactly as you are—whether that means settling in with a cup of coffee, enjoying a snack, or simply taking a moment to ground yourself before we begin.


I believe therapy should feel safe, welcoming, and human—not clinical or intimidating. This is your space to share openly, reflect deeply, or just talk through what’s on your mind at your own pace.
